ANBI BATTERY CONDITIONER BREAKS NEW GROUND

The all-new ANBI under-bonnet battery conditioner is designed to improve the life of vehicle batteries, primarily by delivering high-frequency pulses to combat the build-up of electrically resistive materials, such as sulphate, on battery plates and spark plugs.

Initially developed for use in military applications for the US Army, early battery conditioner technology was only suitable for vehicles that were driven regularly. The conditioning unit would draw power when vehicles were left idle, ultimately flattening the battery in approximately five to seven days if idle. As a result, applications for passenger vehicles were limited.

ANBI’s new battery conditioner technology has addressed these issues. Featuring a voltage sensing switch that isolates the unit when the battery charge falls below 12volts, the ANBI Battery Conditioner is now suitable for installation in all vehicle applications, even if the vehicle is left idle for an extended period.

Extensive, independent testing has proven that the ANBI Battery Conditioner can extend battery life by up to three times by removing sulphates from the battery plates.

Sulphidisation occurs when active matters on the battery plates becomes lead sulphate as the battery discharges.

When the specific gravity of electrolytes is lower than 1.125, the amount of lead sulphates increases gradually. The variation of acid temperature and lead sulphates on the plates produces white crystalline solids. These crystalline solids reduce battery performance. The ANBI Battery Conditioner generates high-frequency pulses that remove the build-up of white crystalline solids from the battery plates.

It is important to note that even new batteries can benefit from the fitment of an ANBI Battery Conditioner. After the new batteries leave the factory, sulfation begins immediately. Batteries are then stored and then delivered to car manufacturers to be installed on the new vehicles. On average, when the consumer purchases a new car, the battery is only 75% efficient because of the sulfation build-up.

Once the ANBI Battery Conditioner is installed, the battery’s efficiency will be considerably improved once the vehicle has travelled approximately 1000klms.

Several items combine to cause battery damage, but more than 80 percent of damage is due to vulcanisation. Vulcanisation is the build-up of lead sulphate crystals on the battery plates, which the ANBI Battery Conditioner combats. Other conditions that lead to battery damage include:

Battery Conditioner
  • The battery is overcharged
  • The battery is not charged enough
  • The battery installation is not held solidly in position
  • The battery acid is too thick
  • There is too much sediment in the battery
  • The battery acid has frozen
  • The battery plates have broken down
  • Not enough acid in the battery
  • Impurities in the battery acid

The impurities at the bottom of the lead-acid battery are white precipitates called sulphate crystals. The ANBI Battery Conditioner’s ultra-high frequency pulse dissolves these sulphate crystals, converting them into electrolytes, allowing the battery to exchange electrons again.
The ANBI Battery Conditioner will not only increase the battery life by up to three times, but installation can significantly decrease the market demand for lead-acid batteries and waste recycling. It can make outstanding contributions to environmental protection in terms of battery pollution, which lessens the damage to nature.

The global consumption of lead-acid batteries is up to 0.8 billion units. Accordingly, more and more wasted batteries need recycling and proper disposal, so it is a big challenge to environmental protection. If the waste batteries are not properly disposed of, the heavy metals of the batteries will pollute the whole environment, causing irreversible damage. For example, lead intoxication will affect the entire body, damaging the nervous system and sanguification mechanism, which causes deaths in children and the elderly.

Among heavy metals, lead and cadmium are the most harmful to human beings. Other heavy metals cause the crops to wither or the spikes to empty, but lead and cadmium do not affect the growth of the plants. Because the human body cannot digest the heavy metals on its own, people can be intoxicated by eating the contaminated crops with lead and cadmium.
Furthermore, the harmful effects can be magnified through the food chain, accumulating in our bodies, which is detrimental to human beings. Therefore, it is crucial that car batteries consumption is reduced and that used batteries are recycled correctly.

The ANBI Battery Conditioner can also resuscitate a low battery when recharging, with the ANBI Battery Conditioner installed on the battery at the time of charging. Testing has proved that installing the ANBI Battery Conditioner onto the terminal of a flat battery before charging can restore battery efficiency to approximately 80 percent.

The all-new ANBI Battery Conditioner has been tested to ensure it meets all international automotive specifications, proving that it will deliver outstanding performance, even in the most extreme conditions.
The ANBI Battery Conditioner is suitable for a broad range of applications, including automotive, marine, agricultural, and industrial equipment.
